Axolotlia’s districts, early precursors to Scires, shifted frequently until NAEA, which had no subdivisions. After the UK reconquered NAEA, it was split into 6 stable districts. Upon independence, these became 9 Scires plus a capital district, similar to other countries with separate capitals. The original Scires were Limerwhisk, North, Lake, Presin, East, Lucin, Coast, Island, and West. Two years later, the capital district merged with Limerwhisk to form Capital Scire, and Presin merged into Lake. Minor border changes followed, including Capital Scire expanding to nearby towns and West gaining land below the Grent Rivers.
Hundreds were set up upon independence and there were 57 of them.
