Welliŋville

Welliŋville is the Capital of North Scire, also it's largest city, though Walkerton is more popular to tourists as it is on an island on the coast in a small gulf-like bay area thing called the Walker Lagoon. Welliŋville is on the shore of Lake Axolin and acts as one of the bigger ports in the lake and Scire, has a military base.

It used to be the historic capital of the Fentolküa (the Fentol Empire) in pre-European times, where the Capital of the Fentolese was called Fentoleseküo (again, küo means city in Fentolese.)
