Scink

Despite being a city near the larger Lucinia, it is so similar to Lucinia in size, it is not reliant on Lucinia in any way. It is the 5th largest city in Axolotlia, and is the largest city not a capital of any Scire. It has 2 satellite town, one being shared with Lucinia as a satellite.

Both satellite towns are a bit iffy, one is shared with a larger nearby city, the other is just quite far away, hardly linked to Scink. (Ha, linked to Scink rhymes.)

Its sphere of influence lies within Lucinia's, but is similar in influentiality, due to the similar sizes of the cities.

Named after the city’s shrinking river width during the early years of the city’s history, the river did eventually stop shrinking and regrew, it is missing the r due to a simple misspelling on some paperwork.
