Outlying Territories

Outlying Territories are not part of any Scire, but are instead governed directly by the Capital. They usually have a population less than 100, and are on average less than 10 square miles. Axolotlia currently owns 17 territories.

The territories combined have a population of 632.

They are on average 250-500 miles away from the Axolotlian Mainland Islands.

The territories are the remnants of Axolotlia’s growth as a colony, as that was the label given to unorganized land not very populated, after independence, the remaining 16 territories were relabeled Outlying Territories. Axolotlia got a new one from Canada during the peace treaty of the 1994-1995 Canadian Invasion.
