Update table of contents (its been literally forever, like, it still has mini countries as its own section and is completely wrong organizationally)

Reorganize into following categories in this order:
Bold will be new Heading Slides for major categories and smaller subcategories will be made as well. TBH this should not be a slideshow, it should be a wiki.
Project Info, Languages, Info, Politics (Govt workings, Foreign Relations, Govt Orgs, subdivision structure, Cities&Towns/Hundreds), Geography, History, Culture (Axolotlism, Folklore, Culture, Food?), Companies, Technology, People, Life (Plants, Animals, Fungi, Food????).

Fix all refs to historical population
