1976 pollution scandal

In 1976, a newly independent Axolotlia noticed it had a severe problem, the British empire had been using it as a garbage dump since 1852.

The British tried to get Axolotlia in trouble with the UN for the pollution, everybody believed them. Axolotlia showed proof that the British were the ones who destroyed the Axolotlian environment, everybody switched sides.

Since 1976, 100% of Axolotlia’s environment was restored.

The trash was sent back to Britain, 8 cubic miles of trash.
