Axolotlian Measurement System
Axolotlia uses the Imperial Systems of Measurement (Imperial isn't one system, see jan Misali’s defense of Imperial video).
A unique new measurement used in Axolotlia is for fog, because it is so foggy so often in Northern Axolotlia, Axolotlia made a specialized index for it. FVI (Fog Visibility Index) it is 0-20.
0 = extreme fog: you cannot see. 10 = medium fog: you can see ok. 20 = no fog: clear day.
I don't know where else to put this so… when it is a clear night with bright Moon, “Moony” is often used like how “Sunny” is used. “It will be sunny today and moony tonight”, for example.
YYYY-DD-MM. Because fuck thou.
Yardlongs
Axolotlia scraped the mile a long time ago, given it isnt from the same system as feet inches and yards. They adopted the yardlong. 1 yl = 1,200 yards (.
12 in = 1 ft, 3 ft = 1 yd, 1,200 yd = 1 yl.
1 mile (ew) ≈ 1.46667 yardlongs
1 yardlong ≈ 0.6818 mile
2 miles * 1.46667 = 2.9332 yardlongs, for example.
Yardlongs are so much simpler. 1,200 vs 1,760. Which is simpler.
