Gret
The gret (Mustela gret) is a small creature found everywhere but the Arada desert, they can often be seen eating nimberberries, and pooping in your yard.
They are in the mustelinae family, with ferrets, weasels, and polecats. They’re roughly the size and proportions of a raccoon, with a body shape not as tubular as ferrets.
They are attracted to the smell of freshly cut grass. They make for bad pets due to their tendency to attack people when they are stressed. They are highly territorial creatures and will attack people if they get too close.
There are an estimated 8 million grets. They are omnivores. They are the second national animal. Their main predator is the þeran fox.
The name comes from the Fentolese word gŕęnt, look familiar? (Grent)
Gret
Grets, unlike most mustelids (which are carnivores), are omnivores, eating plants, such as nimberberries, and susæni susæni, as well as many other plants, they also eat mushrooms. But they also eat insects, and they will grab fish and wouldn’t think twice about eggs, they also eat wild floopsans, black chipmunks, and crabs.
They will get into your trash and eat that too.
But they will choose nimberberries over anything else because they instinctively know that nimberberries are extremely nutritional, a good sign that it is a superfood, given they would choose a few nimberberries over almost anything.
They kinda are Axolotlia’s equivalent to the raccoon.
