Lucinia

Lucinia is the third largest city in Axolotlia, it is the capital of Lucin Scire.

Named after the Lucin river, which is named after the many leucistic axolotls in the river.

Located on the Lucin River, very near the southern coast, Lucinia is split in three by the River, part on the northern side, part on the southern side, and a large chunk on an island in the middle similar to Montreal.

Lucinia is unique, because it technically has only 3 satellite towns, and is so close to Scink (5th largest city) that one town is essentially split between the two in terms of influence, Scink is of course influenced by Lucinia, but they are so close to each other, they both influence each other heavily.

It has the 4th largest airport in Axolotlia.
