Axolotlia gained independence from the British February 24, 1974, Britain would give independence after 3 full scale revolutions in Elizabethtown (Axoton), New Manchester (Minift), and Lucinia. They quickly renamed the capital to its nickname of Axoton and New Manchester also got renamed a few weeks later.
Immediately after independence, Axolotlia tried to gain alliances with NATO members for protection, notably the USA. Axolotlia was successful in gaining America as an ally.
Britain would continue harassing Axolotlia after independence, and it would seemingly never end.
Independence Flag
The flag of the Independence movement and Axolotlia for about 2 months before they created and adopted the current flag (at the time the star had 9 spikes).
Yes that’s Times New Roman, Yes this was an official nation flag of a country for 2 months.
No wonder they changed it.
It had no reason to suck this badly.
