The Forced Democracy Clause

There is a section of the Axolotlian Constitution seen as the most Axolotlian thing ever, commonly known as the Forced Democracy Clause or FDC. It was added in the original draft in 1974 and has only been changed 3 times, just to fix grammar.

"In the event that the Axolotlian Government; strips any rights from a group of average folk; impacts numerous lives without having the impacted vote on it; restructures Axolotlia, or a government, or the constitution without having held a national vote on it; takes a drastic action without having a vote on it; or steps in the direction away from direct democracy; the entire folkdom is within their rights to undo the event by any means, and if dire enough, revolt to repair the nation."

Thankfully, the FDC has never been necessary, because the people have so much power, exemplified by the fact the people had to force the government to undo term limits to keep President Dean in office because he's so good.
